Anyway I would say http://invisionize.com/ is the best place for IPB skins, but It depends on what version you are running. They have a lot of 1.3 skins, and not so many 2.x skins.

To upgrade from version 1.2 to 1.3 Final, you'd have to pay Invision Power Services to get the upgrade script. However I can guarantee that almost all of the 1.3 skins work with 1.2.

Bad news for you Shadow, you used the CPanel script for the forum right? Well Invision don't offer support for the upgrade script due to the fact that 1.3 can no longer be downloaded from them.

i want to download a shop mod but i dont know if i have to have 1.3 or not.and i downloaded an rpg mod for 1.2 and did all the steps but now i dont know how to see what i did...like the rpg thing.

The rpg will probably be accessible via a URL such as "http://www.yoursite.net/forums/index.php?act=Rpg" or something like that, the script's installation guide/readme should tell you that.
It's really easy to know which version of IPB you are running, look at the copyright at the bottom.

i know wich version i have i just want to change it from 1.2 to 1.3

Well IPS, inc. doesn't supply an upgrade script to upgrade to IPB 1.3, so unfortunately you'll have to stick with 1.2.
