Hunt down the admin

We are gonna need all the help to hunt down the head admin to get member able to join again. I am a admin here but have no control over the register block. Although I can delete spam so soon I'm gonna delete mostly every thread here and ban inactive members with no posts. I just need your approval of this. I'm sure this will improve the Zelda Forums community. But again help me hunt down the head admin here.
