Triforce Prophecy Teaser Trailer

Hello Everyone,

I am the Director/Writer of a new "Legend of Zelda" Independent film called "The Triforce Prophecy".
I saw the Trailer that IGN.com did, and was disappointed that it wasn't a real movie, so I decided to write a script and make my own. We're still filming, but everything is coming along nicely on it.

Wow, thats a really good job, but I have one question.

Have you gotten permission from Nintendo in order to make this movie? Your using a game copyrighted under Nintendo.

They only need to get permission if they are gaining profit from the film they are making.

Yes, the film will have some comic and serious moments. (It's based off of the cartoons and the video games)

Yes, the movie will be completed and not half-way and then abandoned. (I hate films like that)

Yes, Link WILL have the "Master Sword". (The reason why it wasn't in the trailer, was because, at that time in the story, Link hasn't found it yet)

Yes, Link WILL keep his smirks. (He's human and my goal is to give Link, Princess Zelda, and Ganondorf that human quality).

And the guy that is playing Link, is an actor, and just got done filming some with Jim Carrey in his new movie, "I Love You Phillip Morris".

A webpage/blog will be created next month when more filming is completed.
The fight between Ganondorf and Link is going to "Kick Butt"! The actors are both trained in sword fighting and are working really hard on the fight for everyone.

We've all done our research on the characters and such and are aware of the "expectations" of the fans. We're going to do our Best, but in the end, we know that we are going to make lots of people happy and lots of people mad.
This is OUR version/tale on "The Legend of Zelda".

Just like how each game is a separate "Legend of Zelda" story, so is this movie.
We want everyone to enjoy it and we would love for everyone to spread the word about our film. We're not making any money out of it...We're just fans like you all who just want a "Legend of Zelda" movie. Smile

We are NOT making any money out of this...we can't!

We are doing this cause we LOVE "The Legend of Zelda" and we got tired of waiting for a movie to be released...so we made our own movie.

We are more than 1/3rd of it completed. We will be done filming by September.
