First off, this is amazing. I don't think I've ever seen someone prepare for something so well. You've done a great job here and it's going to be awesome being a part of this RP. =D

Ok, questions:

1. When do we start?
2. Are we going to do specific campaigns on specific days, and if so, are these campaigns going to be grouped together or spread apart?

Yes. All the info from the first post I gave you in Revenge was all from memory so if there is variations go with the info from the post I had planned to give you (The second one). (Feel free to ask if you wish though)
We begin the first Campaign when I think we have enough people to play and after I have give you guys roles and put up the map and got some of the info down.
