try www.dottk.tk for a free domain name.

Two notes: your website will be called www.<insertwebsitenamehere>.tk, and for some reason, their registration e-mails don't like hotmail e-mail adresses.

It tells you on registration that your username will be the site.

Don't use freewebs if you want any activity. The most you'll get is a couple visitors per day. Oh, and, create your own content, too.
