No. A server can be any OS. It's just that server OSs are preffered due to the fact they they do more server things. PHP is a language but it requires the PHP platform to be installed for the language to function. MySQL is the same. No MySQL installed, no database.

well guess what if you have the rank of Bounty Hunter your pic is Samus, and it's the same size as an Avy so... it depends on rank on which pic you have

I'm saying that people should have the choice of their own avatars and have rankss et to them too. I'm not trying to prove anything to you. -_-
