A magical amulet in Minish Cap?

I wasted all of my money on those Swordsman Newsletters at the post office just to see what they had to say. I learned a few things but one thing caught my eye. It says somthing about a magical amulet that increases your abilities and then states that it's just a rumour, like in every other issue. So is there an amulet like that in the Minish Cap?

You know, I've never come across a magical amulet, either. I'd say it was meant to be put in but wasn't in the end, similar to how you could only house two of the Oracles, despite the fact that Gorman can later be seen wanting to build a house where the cats are.

I don't feel TMC was quite finished. It's a great game, but there are things that the game says exist that don't...
