Simpsons or Futurama?
Which do you think is better: Simpsons or Futurama?
I like either of them, they are both great TV shows. So, what do you guys think? |

Simpsons. I don't like Futurama much at all anymore, I find almost none of it funny. Simpsons has been around forever, and the comedy still appeals to me. It's everything a TV show needs. And, it has Homer.

Futurama ceased years ago. It was never as popular as The Simpsons. And I find the jokes annoying. Simpsons.

When is Futurama ever even on? 12:00 at night? I don't see it on any watched channels, or during any big TV times.

The only good thing about Futurama was Bender. Other than that.... eugh.

Futurama was canceled on FOX after 4 season's, but it's coming back on Comedy Central sometime this year.
Anyway, as much as I like the Simpsons, it usually relies on cheap-shot political/pop-culture references and sight gag's. In my opinion Futurama has always been witter and will probably still be funny to people 20 years from now because of the fact that it makes fun of people and humanity in general rather than current popular issues. They're both funny, but Futurama wins for me. |

Nerdular? Ok....
Futurama's comedy isn't my style. Its comedy is based around a dumb person who doesn't get things right or what others are saying. It's a fine compliment to a comedy, but the story being made based on that is just stupid.
