Obesity

Shouldn't the US do somehting more to cut down on obesity. Like all foods could only have a certain amount in fat in it. Or fat foods could be raised up and healthy lowered, instead of the other way around.

There isn't much the US can do at all really except encourage healthy eating and excersise, they generally can't control how much fat are in foods and stuff.

If their is some kind of health department though that controls the food, they can do something. Or if companies were more considerate, they would stop with the bad food.

There's way too many companies to control. Plus companies might loose a lot of money if they remove things from thier products since people might not like them anymore.

Why should the government step in and control our lives because people in this country have no self control? Honestly, these ******* need to stop eating at McDonalds three times a day and start exercising.

Ya, or people could just not start getting fat, and we wouldn't have this problem. People need to be more educated....like China.

We are educated but many people just choose not to take notice.

If anything, people in China are less educated, them being a communist country and all. They grow their own food, that's why they don't get fat easily. Burgers don't grow on trees.

i think they should but not pout it in harsh ways. Now i'm not fat ot should be concernd on how mutch i weigh but one of friens should. Her idle is paris hilton and if you have looked in a magazine in the past years, all of the celebritys in there are either super skinney or just plain. Would it hurt to have a little variety?
