LoZ is always gonna be fun; yeah the graphics suck compared to today and it's pretty easy, unless you've never played it and there were no strategy guides or internet in '87 and you had to figure out everything by yourself or by word of mouth; it took me the longest time to beat the 2nd quest for the first time when I was a kid (plus the f'ing battery erased all my games for some reason) and it's still fun today. If you've never played it, however, you might not like it. You'd be better off with ALttP for a 2D Zelda game.

AOL is better than LOZ (IMO). sure LOZ was a classic, and is one of my all time favourites too, but AOL had a way more exciting battle system, The first ever half deacent leveling up rpg style genre (early final fantasies had poor leveling up system compared to AOL), had cooler looking enemies and bosses and was more of a challenge. LOZ bored me from time to time, AOL was exciting the whole way through. Oh, and AOL actually had people and towns, as apposed to old men and women sitting in caves in the same position for hundreds of years hoping that a boy named link will come and buy a candle (yes i do understand it was 1986 on a NES

).

I think im gonna play LoZ, though I don't know whether to use my Collectors Edition GC disk or download it for Wii...

Use your Collector's Edition. It is no use spending money on it because you'd be doing the same thing on something that you already have. Just don't waste the money and use your Collector's, it already ahs it. And, you'd be playing it with and on the same thing.

It's not that i haven't been playing the Zelda series AT ALL, I just havent played LoZ or AoL to a big extent yet. I might do, once i complete TP. On Hyrule Castle now......

Yeh it was a truly amazing revoltion very fun i remember the commercial for it and the rap the people sang about it XD
