A breif history of ZF
I discovered Zelda way, way back in 1999, in the form of Link's Awakening. In fact, it was my first GBC game. I got stupidly addicted to it, and eventually bought every Zelda game that came out after LA, and I played OoT and MM too.

I started to mess about with web coding, testing out HTML and that. I owned a couple of small sites, but in march 2005, I decided to make a proper site, so I purchased a domain name, got some hosting, and was set to make ZF.

The site evolved at the same rate as the forums. Naturally the place was completely empty when I first started, but soon some members came in, site content grew and ZF's trafic increased. December 2005 saw ZF's biggest increase in trafic yet, and that was when I made the new layout, added a lot of content and got some very good affiliates.

I've also learend a lot of PHP/MySQL and flash coding, which you can see in the shoutbox, screenshot galleries and the quizzes section.

Which brings us to now, which is a pretty good time for ZF. It's growing steadily, there's a good amount of content on offer and, if you arn't a member of our community, then you may as well join the forums while you're here!
